About Nexora Partners

Nexora Partners operates this website from 5th floor, Saya South X, Greater Noida (W). The website introduces our consulting, freelancing and career programmes and provides information about projects across our operating region.

Project information

Project descriptions, configurations, layouts, images and status information are provided for general reference. Artist impressions are illustrative. Details and availability can change; confirm the current approved plans, applicable registration, specifications and transaction documents with the relevant developer before making a decision. Links to external websites do not make their content part of these terms.

A project listing or enquiry is not a booking, allotment, offer of a particular price or guarantee of availability, completion, appreciation or investment returns. This website does not replace independent legal, financial or technical advice. Nothing on this page limits rights or obligations under applicable law.

Our network

Access to projects may be through direct builder relationships or through the wider brokerage network. Inclusion of a builder or project does not imply an exclusive appointment or endorsement. Figures under “The network behind Nexora” describe the founder's existing network carried forward, rather than registrations newly created on this website.

Partnerships and services

Joining the partner network is free. Access to tools, website or social media services and other support is subject to the scope and terms discussed with you. Lead support does not guarantee a particular number of leads, bookings or earnings.

Commission-sharing, payout milestones, eligibility and responsibilities are agreed for the relevant booking. A written agreement is mandatory once a booking is accepted. Verbal discussions do not replace that agreement. Please obtain written confirmation of applicable commercial terms before submitting a booking.

Career Programme

Training is free. Any stipend, training arrangements and subsequent role are confirmed separately in writing. Training does not guarantee employment, a particular salary, a placement with a named organisation or business income. Potential outcomes depend on suitability, performance and available opportunities.

Enquiries and website use

Please submit accurate details and only information you are entitled to share. Do not use the forms for spam, impersonation or unlawful material, or attempt to interfere with the website or access private systems. An acknowledgement of an enquiry confirms receipt only; it does not create a partnership, employment relationship or booking.

If a submission cannot be confirmed, follow the message shown and contact us with the reference provided rather than repeatedly submitting the same enquiry.

Content and privacy

Nexora branding and website content must not be copied or reused without appropriate permission. Third-party names and materials belong to their respective owners. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
