Nexora Partners
Privacy Notice
Updated 22 October 2026
This notice explains how Nexora Partners handles information collected through this website and its enquiry forms.
Who handles your enquiry
Nexora Partners operates this website. Our contact address is 5th floor, Saya South X, Greater Noida (W). For privacy questions or requests, email hello@nexora.partners.
Information you provide
Our enquiry forms collect your name, mobile number, email address, city or area and the partnership or career category you select. Depending on the form, you may also provide a business name, education, career preference, preferred call time, booking or project interest and a message. Please provide your own contact details and avoid including identity documents, bank details or another person's private information in your message.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your request, understand your interests, arrange calls or meetings and coordinate follow-up. Enquiries are sent to our lead management system (LMS), classified by your selected category and made available to the team handling them. We also record the website source and campaign label to understand where enquiries originate.
Submitting an enquiry gives us permission to contact you about that request. It does not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter or advertising programme.
Service providers and access
Our website hosting, LMS and communication services process information to support these activities. Access is intended for the people handling your enquiry and authorised service providers. If your request progresses to a particular project or service, we will explain any additional information needed and the parties involved before arranging the next steps. We may disclose information where required by law.
Technical information and cookies
The website uses security cookies where needed to protect form submissions and authenticated sessions. Hosting services may process connection information such as IP addresses, browser information, access times and errors. The enquiry connector keeps limited delivery records and hashed identifiers to prevent duplicate submissions and misuse. These records are separate from the contact details stored in the LMS.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages and confirmed enquiry submissions. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents or BMS records to Google Analytics. Our tracking sends page addresses without query strings or fragments. If you accept analytics, approved campaign-link labels identify the platform, campaign and post that brought you here. We retain the latest valid tagged visit in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes and include those labels with an enquiry you submit during that period. Untagged pages within that period retain the same labels. Declining or withdrawing analytics clears this campaign information; your enquiry still works. Google processes analytics information as a service provider; see Google’s Privacy Policy. Analytics is optional and does not affect your ability to enquire. You can accept, decline or withdraw your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your preference is saved in this browser. Withdrawing stops future collection in this browser; it does not automatically delete previously collected information.
Keeping information
Enquiry information is kept for follow-up and related business record needs. You can ask us to stop follow-up or delete your information. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing transaction, legal obligation, dispute or security investigation; we will explain any applicable limitation when responding. The website connector's accepted or rejected delivery metadata is cleared after 30 days during routine processing; unresolved delivery records remain for reconciliation. This is not a 30-day deletion rule for LMS enquiries.
Your choices and requests
You can ask what enquiry information we hold, request a correction or deletion, withdraw permission for further contact, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@nexora.partners with the subject “Privacy request”. Include enough information to identify your enquiry, but do not email passwords or identity documents unless we agree a secure verification method. We may verify your identity before acting. Withdrawing permission does not undo processing already carried out.
Young applicants
If you are under 18 and interested in the Career Programme, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us first so that we can discuss the appropriate application process.
Other websites and updates
Builder websites and other external links have their own privacy practices. This notice covers the public Nexora website enquiry process; employee, partner and transaction records may also have separate notices or agreements. We will update this page if our enquiry process changes.
