Vipul Gupta, an IIT BHU and IIM Lucknow graduate, began exploring real estate while working at CSC India. What started with colleagues seeking advice grew into a shared ambition: helping friends and colleagues find homes together.

In 2007, he was part of the committee behind a group housing initiative that saw 200 CSC India employees book homes at Mahagun Mascot in a single day. In February 2008, he left his corporate career to pursue entrepreneurship.

The years that followed brought difficult markets, lasting relationships and a belief that collaboration matters. His technology background shaped the systems and processes behind the businesses he built.

Founded in 2026, Nexora Partners carries that experience forward, for working professionals exploring consulting, freelancers building their businesses and freshers starting their careers.
